My background spans film and audiovisual storytelling, game production, immersive and live experiences and communications and narrative strategy. Across startups, studios, agencies and cultural organisations, I have led cross-functional teams and overseen projects from concept through release, aligning creative, technical and commercial stakeholders under clear structures and timelines.
I am particularly strong in building operational clarity within creative environments: shaping production pipelines, coordinating distributed teams, translating strategic intent into actionable workflows and ensuring delivery without compromising creative ambition.
My experience includes live and persistent digital products, large-scale public productions, investor- and client-facing demos and international collaborations. I am comfortable operating in high-ambiguity contexts and stepping into leadership roles that require both structural thinking and strong interpersonal alignment.
