I work at the intersection of operations, product systems and AI-native environments, helping transform ambiguity into coherent execution.

Most of the environments I’m drawn to are still evolving:
early-stage ideas, shifting workflows, growing teams, undefined structures.

I like moments where things are moving quickly and clarity still needs to be built rather than followed.
 

Over time, my work naturally moved toward operational systems:
workflow design, GTM coordination, onboarding flows, execution structures and AI-assisted operations.

What interests me most is not only speed, but how systems maintain coherence while scaling.
 

My background combines biotechnology, creative production and operational leadership, which shaped the way I approach complexity: through both systems thinking and human understanding.

I’m especially interested in the relationship between people, workflows, intelligent systems, communication, coordination over time.
 

I work best close to builders, operators and teams navigating complexity in motion.
