● Designed and implemented internal structures to improve workflow efficiency, communication and delivery continuity across multidisciplinary teams, multiple concurrent projects and external collaborators.

● Built and maintained local and international partnerships (Denivel, Bunny Mon Amour, 동25감, 수빙고) , contributing to the studio’s operational growth, positioning and long-term project development.
